I say this because I know folks think sometimes that technology is just another straw on the fire. I am here to tell you, it doesn't have to be.
The goal of technology integration is that it becomes second nature - that technology is folded in to the planning process because it makes sense, not because there is a cool tool or because you "have to".

The article stated that technology should reinforce the learning in the classroom. That is the key.
ReplyDeleteAlso, doing the same thing you'd be doing in a worksheet but doing it digitally isn't necessarily better. (Example: only playing games on the iTouch). Technology should make things more accessible, and it should help people connect that otherwise couldn't.
